Ed as a member of the “American Society of Portrait Artists”. In his 40+ years of being an accomplished artist, Ed has taken commissions to paint portraits of many prominent founders of companies, private people including children and animals as well as family groupings.
Ed has won numerous awards for commissioned work such as:
- Landscapes and Waterscapes
- Studied and painted American Indians
- Had donated various portraits and paintings, the most recent being a “Civil War Confederate Cavalry Officer on Horseback” – now on display at the Slidell Museum in Louisiana
Ed primarily works in oil paints from Photos or Scenes provided by individuals or companies wishing to commission his talent.
Ed’s turnaround time, although timely, is based on the specific criteria and detail being engaged as well as his current book of business already in process
A minimum of 1/3 down is requested at time of engagement with 100% of the balance being paid in full upon delivery
For all Portraits only a Specially Prepared Canvas is used
